The 2008 Commerce-Cleveland Golf Tournament will return to our neighhorhood Eastmoreland Golf Course on Thursday, August 21st. This will mark the second consecutive year of play at Eastmoreland, where last year's field was a record for attendance. Tee time is 2:00 pm with a shotgun start and the format will once again be a four person scramble. Put your own team together or we can pair you with others as requested.

Prizes are awarded for both Low Gross and Low Net for each division. A barbecue buffet and awards ceremony will follow the golf.

Your $135 entry fee includes:

  • Hors d'oeurves for you and your guest at the auction held at Eastmoreland Grill on Wednesday night, August 20th at 6:00 pm.
  • Thursday's green fees and golf cart.
  • Opportunity to win from the many prizes donated for this event by your fellow alums
  • Post tourney buffet to award prizes

Proceeds from last year's tournament were used to purchase new software for the Computer Lab and new uniforms for Girls' Soccer, Girls' Basketball, Girls' Golf Rain Gear, Boys' Basketball, Wrestling and Track and Field. Donations were also made to the Boys' Golf team and the cheerleaders for their volunteer efforts.

Last year's auction was almost as much fun as the golf event. Remember to bring your gusest for theis great evening. It is a great time to gather with old and new friends and to find a good bargain or two.

The Golf Committee cordially extends an invitation to our alumni, faculty, parents, students and friends to come together once again for this enjoyable and worthwhile event.
