Nadine Livingston reported that the Alumni Picnic will be held on Friday, July 13, 2007 at the Oaks Park, Area 1.  An admission fee is being discussed.  The area will be available from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m.  This is a fund raiser for scholarships.  Information on the picnic will be in future newsletters.

PTA—Kari Freeman reported that the last meeting had a very successful drug/alcohol panel.  Over 200 parents were in attendance for the “question and answer” period.  There will possibly be a drug/alcohol follow up in the future.

Foundation—Jan Watt reported that she will be the liaison between CCHSAA and the Foundation.  She also reported that the wine tasting event was very successful.  Money was raised for the Foundation.
