Boosters—Dave Voll reported that the annual garage sale brings in $1800.00 to the Booster Club.  They donated $1,000 to the softball program and $500 to girls’ golf program.  The financial status for the Boosters is looking good because of the concession sales and the sale of Christmas trees. They will possibly contribute to the development of the trophy case.

Membership—Dave Voll indicated that there had been 431 non-renewal invoice letters sent out.  From that mailing, 231 have renewed.  In mid-April, a post card will be sent out to alumni who have not renewed.  Dennis Maloney reported that the new dues structure will include various levels of entitlements.

Communications—No report

Golf Tournament—Joe Gatto has been pursuing corporate sponsors and hole sponsors.

Foundation—Jan Watt reported that the Foundation is going to fund .63 FTE for the coming school year.  They are discussing a possible spring function.  The crab feed was a success.

Cleveland Community Field Project:  Odis Avritt reported that on March 15, 2007, at OMSI, Nike will be hosting a gathering of special invitees.  The way that it looks now, ground will be broken in May for the track and football field.  The $1.4 million needed for that portion of the project has been raised.  An additional $600,000 plus is needed to complete the entire project.
